Who we are

Truelove Accountants is a family-run accountancy practice based at 1 Waterside Gardens, Oughtibridge, Sheffield. We provide accountancy, tax, payroll, and bookkeeping services to businesses and individuals.

What information we collect

  • Engage us as a client (name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, company details, financial records, and any other information needed to provide our services)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How long we keep your information

We retain client records for a minimum of seven years following the end of our engagement, as required by HMRC and anti-money laundering regulations. Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained for no longer than 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Erase your data in certain circumstances

  • Object to or restrict our processing in certain circumstances

  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
